Communications errors cited in report of firefighters deaths in Station Fire south of Acton
A county Fire Department report that delved into the deaths of two firefighters from last summer's Station Fire blames poor communication as a major factor in their deaths.The report details events at a remote fire outpost in the Angeles National Forest called Mt.
